Ty, I'd say the flash was a subordinate command of the patch, which is the JFK SWCS. The white flash is the old "Training Group" flash and SWCS has more components than just Training Group. I think...

I'm pretty sure the white flash used to be "Training Group" which is essentially now the "1st Special Warfare Training Group" and they wear another flash that looks a lot like the JFK SWCS flash....

Longhorn, this is indeed the "33 Export". The Vietnamese still run the brewery but changed slightly the name after taking it over. Sorry to have been a bit long to answer, I'm quite busy at the moment.
